MEET THE TEAM:

Georgia Barker

My names Georgia and Im really excited about this project. I am really interested in music and specifically the genre of music our documentary is focusing on. I have been a fan of media from a young age and have been studying it for a year and a half. I would like to think that I will bring organisation and creativity to this project as I am very enthusiastic about it. I know what makes products more appealing than others- in terms of originality and proffessionalism- and I am willing to improve on my film making skills as well as print making. 

Rachael Anderson 

My name is Rachael and i have now been studying media studies for four years, two years at GCSE and two years at College. I've always liked media and the production side to it as it allows me to be creative and imaginitive. I also enjoy the research part to media and looking at different media products. I think that this will be useful when it comes to us creating a newspaper advertisement and article. I believe that i will be good at print as it allows me to be creative however i am also excited to develop my skills through filming and editing.

 

Helena Richardson 

My name is Helena and i have been studying media at Winstanley college for now a year and a half. From starting the course i have alwyas been passionte about media and enjoy it the most! I find the projects very enjoyable so i am relly looking forward to starting this years chosen brief. I am  a very createive person and love coming up with ideas and working as a team therefore will work well within my group. I have many contacts outside the group such as the 'Commoners' who would be willing to participate in our coursework. personally i feel that my organisation will be beneficial when trying to get the band togther. I also feel that am more talented in print work, however, i am looking froward to gaining new skills when working with the cameras and filming. 

Kate Duffy

My name is Kate and I have now studied media for a year and a half at college. I am really looking forward to start this project as I am very interested in media itself. I feel that we have a very talented group and all each bring something indidvidual to the group. Personally I feel I will be good at the print making and working to create the blog and keep that up to date, as I feel I handle time well and am organised. Also i feel that one of my strengths is being creative and I would like to offer this to the group in relation to the print work.
