This is a prop we created as we realsied afer making the main props that we was going to have these in the opening sequence to our documentary. Therefore we decided to make this indie top 2o and of course haveThe Commoners as number one as we was thinking of incorporating this as a headline of a news report during the interduction.
As part of our introduction, we decided to fade in to a vinyl record player playing instigating that this was a vinyl produced by the commoners. In order to present this idea successfully, we designed a vinyl record label cover to put on a real vinyl and then record this vinyl being played. However the sound would be muted and the commoners’ music would be imported over the top.

Our Props
These are the promps that we have created for our documentary. As you can see we have researched existing props like newspaper articles. We decided to create newspaper articles as we found this was the most common way of reaching toan audience and you could make it suitable to your own audiecne. We also created posters focusing on an imge of The Commoners and a healine thererfore it got the message across quicly to the audience. As you can see we used bright colours as this is eye catching, yet on some of the props you can see we have opted for balck and white as we thought this illistrated the type of music the band produce.
