This is our first meeting as a group we talk about the project that we are doing and to organise roles within the group. We aim to create equal roles and to give every one a fair share of responsiblity. Furthermore we decide on dates to film and edit as well as deciding on who we are going to film. 

Meetings

In this meeting we decided the basics ideas for our music documentary and discussed our personal ideas. We decided that we wanted it to be a music documentary and what we were going to include in it in terms of bands. This was the initial start of our pre-production. We mentioned that the other two werent present at this meeting as they were in a lesson however the information was passed on and we arranged another meeting to discuss our ideas further.

In this meeting Rachael and Helena discussed ideas on what they were going to do when it came to them taking on the role of filming the Commoners. We discussed different events which were coming up that we could visit and use for our documentary. We also decided what we plan to do the day we begin to film the Commoners so that we knew what we were doing straight away.

In this group meeting we decided and negotiated the roles within the group and the individual responsibilities. In this meeting we mainly focused on the way in which our group was going to film the commoners. We needed interviews, band practises and messing about. We also discussed ideas for filming and what we needed to film in terms of equpiment and people. 

This short clip is a meeting between Rachael and Helena. Within this clip we discuss what we have learn through our peer assessment and how we are going to improve it to make our products fit the target audience.
